Mix 200 ml. of water for each 250 grs. of YOLANDA. (Approximately 55%-60% YOLANDA, 45%-40% water. Depend on your own taste)

Just add water to YOLANDA in order to make the mixture and dip what you are going to batter into the mixture. Then, fry it in very hot oil at 180ºC-190ºC. The batter will look and taste just as if it had been made with beaten egg.
YOLANDA can be used for batter all sort of food: Pork, chicken, fish, squid, prawns, all kind of meats, onion rings, croquettes, aubergines, artichokes, cauliflower, etc.
