Use the same proportion for coating (Approximately 55%-60% YOLANDA, 45%-40% water).
Dip the food that you wish to use into the mixture.
Remove from the mixture and coat with breadcrumbs.
Then remove from the breadcrumbs and fry in very hot oil at a temperature between 180ºC and 190ºC.
You can cook in breadcrumbs onion rings, hake, etc. You can also add spices.
