  • Use the same proportion for coating (Approximately 55%-60% YOLANDA, 45%-40% water).
  • Dip the food that you wish to use into the mixture.
  • Remove from the mixture and coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Then remove from the breadcrumbs and fry in very hot oil at a temperature between 180ºC and 190ºC.
  • You can cook in breadcrumbs onion rings, hake, etc. You can also add spices.
